Problem Ordering? Please contact us via email here if you're experiencing any trouble completing your MooseMart order. You also might want to make sure that cookies are enabled on your browser so the shopping cart works properly. Trying another browser or computer often does the trick as well. (Mac owners: if you're having trouble with Safari, try Firefox-- it's free and it seems to work better with MooseMart.) If you still have a problem, we'd like to hear about it and help you. One way or another, we'll make sure your ordering process is successful and you get your stuff.
Your Satisfaction MooseMart.com's customer service goal is simple: we're committed to your satisfaction. Contact us via email here if you have any questions or problems. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MooseMart.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Ordering and Shipping Your final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. When your credit card or PayPal payment is charged on our secure server, your transaction will be confirmed to you via an email message containing the items you ordered, your shipping address and your grand total, including shipping and 7.75% tax if you live in California. And when your order is shipped, you'll get another email letting you know.
A NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: Orders shipped outside the U.S are not insured and are sometimes subject to seemingly arbitrary customs duties and delays over which we unfortunately have no control. We've noticed that 99% of our shipments arrive within two weeks, and usually within one week. If it's been two weeks since you received your shipping confirmation email and you haven't received your order yet, please contact your local post office or customs agency. The odds are that your order is waiting for you there, but they want to hit you up for some extra cash (which is a total drag, we know). If there's still a problem, please let us know and we will help.

We may use the information we collect to send you The Keneallist, an occasional personal message from Mike that may also include info about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
